By road:
From North - the M11, exit at junction 8 and take the A1250 towards Bishop's Stortford town centre. Turn left at the traffic lights to Hatfield Heath (A1060). Down Hall is approximately 6 miles away on A1060, Chelmsford road. At Hatfield Heath keep left; turn right into lane opposite Hunters Meet Restaurant and left at the end following sign post. Follow the signposts to "Down Hall Conference Centre."
From South - the M11 (London to Cambridge), exit at junction 7 and take the A414 towards Harlow. At the fourth roundabout follow the B183 towards Hatfield Heath. After approximately 5 miles the road bears right, from here follow the signposted route to "Down Hall Conference Centre."
By Public Transport:
From London's Liverpool Street Station take the Stansted Express service to Bishop's Stortford (approximately 35 minutes, four trains every hour). Alternatively take a Cambridge train and get off at Bishop's Stortford (approximately 45 minutes). From Bishop's Stortford take a taxi to Down Hall (10 minutes). There are Underground connections to Liverpool Street in London.
Stansted Airport is 9 miles from Down Hall (15 minutes by taxi).
