At the Ramada we specialise in hosting celebrations and a range of exciting events to private functions, from the first meeting with our dedicated events co-ordinator until your last guests leaves. you will be relaxed in the though that you are in experienced hands.

The most romantic day of your life will come alive with our special touches from chair cover to a red carpet from personalised menus to the wedding cake we can provide every thing you could wish for to create your perfect day.
Our constable suite will seat up to 64 guests for wedding breakfast and 120 for evening celebration, we also can seat up to 50 in the Lake view restaurant.
Hear at the Ramada we are licensed to hold civil ceremony’s giving you the choice to hold the entire day at one venue.
We have 50 bedrooms enabling you and your guest to stay over in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Ramada Hotel is situated at the front the Ardleigh Reservoir of a lake Therefore giving a lovely setting for all your wedding day photos.

By Road:
Take the A12 to Colchester and exit at junction 29. Take the exit for the A120 signposted Clacton and Harwich. As you come off the roundabout take the left turn signposted Gnome magic, Hotel and Golf range On a brown sign. Follow the road and the Ramada Hotel is on the left hand side.

By Public Transport:
When you arrive at the main Colchester station (there are two, Colchester & Colchester Town), you will need to take a taxi. We are 10 minutes away from the station. (Please allow extra time during busy periods).
