Our wide range of 12 conference and meeting rooms are available on either a delegate or room hire basis.
Both our day delegate and 24 hour delegate packages include:

From the initial enquiry to the completion of a successful event, we appreciate that every detail has to be just right.
Before the event
Before your event we guarantee a maximum of a two hours response time to your enquiry during which time we will ascertain your exact requirements so that we can build your quotation around your needs. A summary of your itinerary of the day will be sent to you prior to the event.
When you arrive
o A Conference Host dedicated to your meeting will meet & greet your guests
o The agenda will be confirmed and you will be shown the facilities and equipment
During the event
Your delegates will be able to enjoy our fine cuisine and service with exemplary attention to detail. Unlimited Costa coffee will be served throughout the event with pastries and snacks served at times decided by yourself.
