Colchester Zoo is one of Europe's finest zoos, with over 250 different species to see. The Education Department provides a wide range of resources all of which are included in the cost of your school visit, witih over 30 different talks, workshops and tours on a wide variety of topics - from Key Stage 1 right through to Higher Education. Coach parking is free. Colchester Zoo has been voted Large Attraction of the Year by the East of England Tourist Board three times. Discover over 250 different species to see set in 60 acres of parkland. With over 30 daily feed and display times you can ensure a full and rewarding day out for your pupils.

OPENING TIMES: All year, daily (except Christmas Day) from 0930.
SUGGESTED LENGTH OF VISIT: 6 hours.
